The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This mover was unresponsive from the beginning. Never answering my emails. Contracted to pick up within 4 days, I gave him 2 weeks leeway for the holidays. He made 2 appointments with the pick up location, causing great difficulty for the pick up location. Did not call to cancel. I spoke with him only once, when he answered my call to say he would pick up last Thursday, never showed, would not answer my calls or my emails. I have a very angry pick up location. I would recommend staying away from

we were told it was a business, open 9-5?? no it was special appointment, in long island city. we could not give an exact time for pick up and the deal fell apart....
