I no longer needed the item(s) shipped We purchased a boat on Ebay and when we went to view the boat, it was not in the condition as expected. We did not purchase the boat. Howard was a great communicator and we hope to find the right boat for us and we will definitely call Howard again!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from howardtm: the seller on this is a stone flake, absolutively unresponsive. had me waiting 2 days to pick up, between changing pick up times, places, wrong addresses, then sitting in a parking lot for 8 1/2 hours...a no show!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from howardtm: This boat and trailer probably weighed in at close to 5000 lbs(if not a bit more) and when I went to take a look discovered that the trailer had absolutely NO BRAKES WHATSOEVER. While being somewhat pressured to do the job by the seller, it was not his butt that was on the line. Going with my gut, and against my grain, I had no choice but to cancel. If a trailer has a GVW of 3000lbs or more, it HAS to have functional brakes. thats the law, and there is a reason for that.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled Response from howardtm: beware of this one! Twice, with differet "providers" she has enough stuff to fill a 24' moving van, failig to me3tion a washer/dryer, a bunch of patio furniture ad tons more "boxes" tha she leads you to think before bidding. Then whe3n you show up and discover all the extra stuff, cops a attitude and blames the provider. Very rude, a definate racist, and overall, in my opinion, a total waste of time.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Response from howardtm: Actually..I tried to recind this cancellation after the shipper finally returned my calls but couldn't. I had to backtrack a considerable distance to pick up the items but they were delivered on time. I just wish they'd compensated me for the lost time and fuel, but I guess some things are just too much to ask..

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Curio cabinet was damaged in transit and returned. I had to have another delivery man pick up the damaged curio because Howard's truck broke down and return it. I also have to pay another delivery man to deliver the replacement. Response from howardtm: All parties agreed that this item was damaged PRIOR to being loaded on my truck. Customer refused and I ended up taking it all the way back to NC for nothing. Truck blew an injector 30 miles from the return warehouse(High point, NC) Yes, she had to have someone pick up the busted one, return it to the warehouse and exchange it, then re-deliver back to Florida(which she agreed to pay me another 200 for). So it isn't quite as her description would lead you to think.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped After running ID# for the boat through the coast guard I found out the boat was not what the bill of sale stated and I cancled the deal. No fault on the shipper.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from howardtm: this was supposed to be ready to go, however, due to it needing repairs, was delayed...again and again...and again. i finally requested cancellation in April as fuel costs continued to soar..as of latest word, its finally ready to go...6 months later!
