I spoke to the shipper a few times and he was extremely polite and cooperative. He promised to let me know when he would be picking up the furniture and he kept his word about the date. He also promised to let a friend know when he would deliver the furniture and he kept his word there too. The entire process went beautifully and I would definitely use this shipper again! I found using this website very easy to do and am pleased that it all worked out to my satisfaction.
