Outstanding! Cannot say enough good things about Knightrunner. Wayne was on time (which all the reviews indicated he would be) and as pleasant as can be. Loaded my piano in nothing flat, but with great care. Clearly communicated each stage of the transport, and delivered it just when he said he would in excellent shape. This was my first experience with uShip and because I chose Knightrunner it was a very positive one. Wayne/Knightrunner has my utmost endorsement and recommendation!

Excellent service!! Wayne arrived on time and even came a day earlier to accommodate my flight schedule. I explained that 2 chairs were very special to me; they were packed separately and treated with “white glove service”. The delivery arrived exactly when he said it would and was quickly unloaded. He was friendly, funny and a really good guy. I will use him again and look forward to it.

Wayne is an excellent shipper. Arrived when he said he would. Strong guys lifted Grandma's very heavy piano carefully. Grandma received the piano on schedule.

Really enjoyed working with Wayne. He was very prompt, early even! And very fast. I felt that my things were treated very well. Wayne's communication with me during the whole process was very professional, but also very friendly.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper informed me that he would call the day before our agreed upon pick up date to schedule a time for pick up. I informed him that the pick up needed to be early in the morning. I never heard from the shipper the day before the agreed upon pick up date. I called and left a message inquiring about the time of pick up the following day. There was no response that day. The morning of the pick up I got a call from the shipper saying that he would be at my house between 11am and 12pm.
