The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After clear communication, the shipper agreed to pick up the shipment during a very specific and limited period of time (I had informed them repeatedly that the pickup time was not flexible due to the desk being part of an estate and that my contact person would only be there for a two day period). The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment When we entered this contract the beds were to be picked up within 7 days. It has been 12 days. I have talked to several people at Home Direct, Burton , Paul, Chris and each one says they will get to the bottom of the delay in picking these up and call me back. I always have to call them I recieved one call from Paul the first time I called and he left word on my answering machine that he would call me the next day and quess what no call. Since then I have not heard nothing from them. I think it Response from homedirectusa: We are terribly sorry; you caught us during an unexpected transition in the VA area to a new service provider. Our provider had slipped below acceptable standards. We are embarrassed and hope you forgive us. Best of luck, and again, our deepest apologies.
