This company picked up a danish modern dresser from the 1950's in perfect condition. I packed it up, which is unnecessary with a blanket wrap service but I wanted it to arrive safely. When dropped off at the clients house the dresser was damaged beyond repair. This dresser lasted 60 years and it took this careless shipping company a couple of days to destroy it. I am constantly selling furniture all over the US and I will NEVER use Home Direct Again. I was reimbursed but lost a valuable client

No Detailed Feedback Available In the end the items did come and prior to the company making it up to me, I was prepared to leave a very negative review but in the end they did make good. Note that it was about a month late and there was a ton of phone calls and emails to try to figure out why it wasn't getting delivered. I even gave a way my furniture expecting the due date to be a good one according to the tracking site, only to find out it hadn't actually left yet. In the end it was fine and the movers were great!

I have talked to several people at Home Direct, Burton , Paul, Chris and each one says they will get to the bottom of the delay in picking these up and call me back. I always have to call them I recieved one call from Paul the first time I called and he left word on my answering machine that he would call me the next day and quess what no call.
