These guys were hard working, kind, & they got my sofa from point A to point B. Only negative feedback is on the communication and that the guys need to improve at providing tracking updates on the shipment status(esp when customer asks). Delivery took double the time quoted (due to vehicle/mechanic & scheduling issues) but this was not the issue. Had I been kept in the loop and informed of the sofas whereabouts, it would have be a much smoother process. Thanks guys, hope advice helps!

Communication started off well, shipment was picked up on time. Apparently during the course of the shipment they had some trouble with their van and this delayed progress. I have no issue with that, but the lack of communication during that time period was very unsettling. In the end, the shipment was delivered safely so I can't be too upset. The amount of stress created by the lack of communication earns them a neutral, not a negative.

I called and left voice mail the day after they won. No response. I called again, emailed, and texted several times the subsequent week. No response. I asked uShip to contact them. They tried, no luck. Finally reached them by phone one week later. They said they'd "be back in Chicago" later that week. Week passed, nothing happened. Called and emailed again, no response. Cancelled.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. He accepted the job on 5/23 to p/u a jukebox in Chicago and deliver to NY. Didn't hear anything from him for 5 days. I emailed, called, and texted, only to receive snotty replies about how I should "just let him do his job." Additional days go by and still no contact. I chase him again saying "I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication" and he replies that he's "on the road all the time and will contact the seller of the jukebox when in the area.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid on 4/15/2013. There has been no communication unless I pursued it. I was given promises that were not kept. This past week I emailed Gohard and said I would like to cancel but he assured me he was already in Ohio and would deliver to me by this past weekend in Nashua NH.The people I bought the furniture from in Cleveland are not happy that it has taken this long and today May 2oth they told me they still have the furniture and have never heard from the shipper.
