No Detailed Feedback Available The shipper did a good job. They wrapped most of the stuff, and responded when i had questions. they picked up within 12 days of booking, and delivered within 12 days after pickup. They were willing to accommodate my schedules on both ends, and were easygoing when asked to do something or make an adjustment.

GoHard did a great job delivering a one bedroom apartment from Chicago to St Louis. They delivered over the holidays and were extremely independant in their pick-up and delivery. White glove service. I would highly recommend this crew and would use them again.

Cabinet was delivered to the customer in the time frame required, however the courier's communication I felt was very poor. When the cabinet was picked up they said they would contact the customer and advise him when to expect them. I just spoke with the customer and he told me this. The cabinet was delivered this afternoon. They had waited until this morning to make any contact. Not at all the way I would arrange a delivery.

I gave you 3 shipments and had to cxl 2 because after you picked up merchandize on Tues and failed to return my calls, texts or emails for 2 days straight, you missed all promised delivery days/times. Then my customer had to have her dad present because you guys caused a scene in her front yard (I was on the phone with her when you were screaming). You are very scary! When you finally contacted me you referred to me as "lady retard". I'm surprised you didn't call me "Candy Cane".

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Several telephone calls and email exchanges have occurred with this shipper, both by myself and the person who has the stove available for pick-up. The shipper says he plans to pick-up the stove, but continuosly fails to confirm an exact time or follow-up with the individual who is waiting for his arrival. I have been waiting almost two months now.

He informed me on Sunday that he needed to do my least priority shipment first (IL to IN) and that he would pick up my other 2 orders from NJ and drop them off to NY.NY and then this order Rochester NY. He did not pick up the order from the warehouse as promised on Monday, after I scrambled to get the order ready for him early because he said he was in the area. No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider was extremely unresponsive. Would not return calls or emails. Received an occasional email saying "I will call you first thing in the morning" then never called. Established pick up dates came and went without any communication. Left me with no way to make effective arrangements with the seller. I will most likely have to pay another months storage fee's since the February deadline is over! This guy sucks!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider put in ad item needed delivered by 2/14/13 service provider booked shipment on 2/3/13. i have got the run around for a pick up date from day one. get told maybe this day maybe that day and the days come and go and still nothing. my customer needed this item by 2/14/13 so looks like i will have to give them a full refund. more or less got told in last email they are not making enough money to mess with it.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My shipment was supposed to be delivered by the 9th. The provider has given me three different ballpark times for pick up and all have come and gone. I am no longer confident in this providers ability to stick to a schedule. His inability to communicate makes me look bad to my clients waiting for their custom painted furniture.
