After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Several telephone calls and email exchanges have occurred with this shipper, both by myself and the person who has the stove available for pick-up. The shipper says he plans to pick-up the stove, but continuosly fails to confirm an exact time or follow-up with the individual who is waiting for his arrival. I have been waiting almost two months now.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was scheduled to be picked up at the pick-up location on Thursday May 2nd at 12:00pm. The shipper did not arrive. I made numerous phone calls to the shipper's phone number, sent text messages, and sent emails to find out what happened. I still have not received a response from shipper - Go Hard Transport. My customer who was supposed to receive the shipment is very upset and wants to cancel their order. I want a refund on this shipment and immediately need to relist this shipm

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was given 3 shipments for this week. He informed me on Sunday that he needed to do my least priority shipment first (IL to IN) and that he would pick up my other 2 orders from NJ and drop them off to NY.NY and then this order Rochester NY.
He did not pick up the order from the warehouse as promised on Monday, after I scrambled to get the order ready for him early because he said he was in the area. He did pick up on Tuesday and mentioned he may deliver that night or Wed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pick up of chairs were stated to be this week. It is also now MORE than the 12 days to pick up quoted in the bid. The shipper tells me today, after regular emails on MY part, that they are not even in the state and they don't know when they will get there.
Again, shipper stated he would be in the area after the 25th. They quoted the pick up within 12 days of the accepted bid which lapsed 2 days ago. And only after MY attempts to clarify was the shipper finally honest about not even been i

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Provider was extremely unresponsive. Would not return calls or emails. Received an occasional email saying "I will call you first thing in the morning" then never called.
Established pick up dates came and went without any communication. Left me with no way to make effective arrangements with the seller. I will most likely have to pay another months storage fee's since the February deadline is over!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider put in ad item needed delivered by 2/14/13 service provider booked shipment on 2/3/13. i have got the run around for a pick up date from day one. get told maybe this day maybe that day and the days come and go and still nothing. my customer needed this item by 2/14/13 so looks like i will have to give them a full refund. more or less got told in last email they are not making enough money to mess with it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My shipment was supposed to be delivered by the 9th. The provider has given me three different ballpark times for pick up and all have come and gone. I am no longer confident in this providers ability to stick to a schedule. His inability to communicate makes me look bad to my clients waiting for their custom painted furniture.
