The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After arranging multiple times for pickup during the week of June 10, the service provider (GOHARD304) did not show up at the arranged-upon dates, did not contact me, and did not respond to any of the many e-mails, calls, and texts that I sent since last weekend. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried about a dozen times to reach shipper via email, phone, voice mail, and text. Also contacted a uShip representative who said he would try to contact them on my behalf. I never heard back from the representative. After a week of trying, I caught the shipper once on the phone on 4 June. The shipper said he would be back in Chicago at the end of that week and would pick up the item. They failed to show up. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. He accepted the job on 5/23 to p/u a jukebox in Chicago and deliver to NY. Didn't hear anything from him for 5 days. I emailed, called, and texted, only to receive snotty replies about how I should "just let him do his job." Additional days go by and still no contact. I chase him again saying "I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication" and he replies that he's "on the road all the time and will contact the seller of the jukebox when in the area.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The mover did not show up to pick up our shipment on agreed dates for three times. We booked the bid on May 7th. Today is May 26th, which is well beyond the shipper’s pickup window. We have waited for 20 days, and there is nothing we can do about this. We would like to cancel this shipment and get FULL refund.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted the bid on 4/15/2013. There has been no communication unless I pursued it. I was given promises that were not kept. This past week I emailed Gohard and said I would like to cancel but he assured me he was already in Ohio and would deliver to me by this past weekend in Nashua NH.The people I bought the furniture from in Cleveland are not happy that it has taken this long and today May 2oth they told me they still have the furniture and have never heard from the shipper.
