When my driver arrived in Arizona City to the location of the motorcycle, he noticed that the motorcycle was way bigger than expected. The customer is a fantastic customer and they are truly great to work with however, this motorcycle will have to picked up with an open or enclosed trailer. I, too, under estimated the dimensions of the motorcycle, therefore I cannot transport this due to no trailers in the area of Arizona. Thank you Kim, for your understanding.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Driver bid on my item and could not deliver my goods within MY time frame. When asked he said yes he could do it within the time frame, but what he date range and not mine. Very frustrating since I did ask and I assumed it was my date range we were talking about!!

we have a computer, my wife use it, she has a habit of clicking without reading, sometimes the computer warning of consequences which she ignored and then when she see the effects, comes to me complaining, fustrada blaming the computer, because she could not accomplish what she proposed,then i answer. "Love, only God is perfect, don't worry, many problems can be avoided if you pay attention to what is advised in the windows alerts, and read it before accept a bid, i take care. I love you

This Cancellation was cause by Uship. They Changed there Payment Policy and we were not informed but four days in advance. Bid was accepted with our Terms then Shipper selected "Safe Pay" which we were not inrolled. Many problems must be settled before we go foward with this method of Payment. If you are a Shipper with us, Please make sure we understand how you wish to Pay. Thank You
