These people are PATHETIC! They show nice new equipment and a big trailer in their pictures. They had a truck that looked like they were homeless people living out of it, a one car rusty trailer where they have to climb in and out the side window because the trailer fender won't let them open the car door. They ripped the driver seat leather climbing in and out of it. They didn't even have the car tied off. I'm reviewing late due to a death in the family member. STAY AWAY!!!

Nice people but they did not meet my time frame we Had agreed to because of that I missed a important meeting. Not happy customer would not use again

I don't agree with this comment, we kept in very close contact with the customer, letting him know our every step. Granted we were late, but it was not by more than a couple of hours, and we did not cause him to miss his meeting, he had a wife there to accept the vehicle when it arrived but said he did not trust her to do so, therefore made his own decision to delay going to his meeting to wait for the car to arrive. Apparently the car was more important than his meeting!

This gentlemen made little attempt to communicate with me or give any reason why he did not fulfill his committment. I have NO idea why he did not come thru. I passed on 2 other possible transporters because of his promises. Now I'm stuck starting all over trying to get this car moved. I would be very cautious using this company to move anything. VERY unreliable.... Bad business.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have waited to hear back from this transporter and her has not responded. He promised the car would be here by 10/5 and neither the car nor he has shown. Very didappointed as I am now back to square one. Please check charges to my account. I beleive they have totalled more than the refund you have indicated.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider does not return my calls, he said his truck broke down, then he said Monday or Tuesday for sure but he does not return my calls. Very irresponsible. this is the second time this is happened with another transportation provider and this one. very frustrating.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Big Rich Transporrt should change his name to BIG JOKE TRANSPORT. They told me they would pick up and deliver my Jeep and never showed up. They cancelled and never even gave me a call. The reason why was because the pick up location contact person would not return there calls, BS I talked to that person and they said they were making contact with Big Rich and he said they were stuck in traffic. Im a business person,I would never agree to do something and not deliver. 12 call's and no return call

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider never picked the tram up, when I tried to contact Service Provider the phone number for them was set to not accept calls, and they were suspended by USHIP after accepting our shipment. They have not performed as agreed.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Transporter did not show for pickup. I have tried numerous times to reach him/her by phone and email. Upon review of his/her feedback I observed he/she has had 22 cancellations in the last 12 months. I have no choice but to cancel.
