I entered the street for pick up at the residence of the shipper, and a very nice gentleman was waiting in his drive way for me. I was shocked when I saw him there, the father of the son who wanted to get the bike for his son, waiting so early for me. He was very excited to have the bike for his son to make business, and it was a nice scene. What was so nice was a very loving father encouraging his son to learn business and to grow up as a young man. I saw a father who was guiding his son.

Joseph came in a very large, professional cargo van and picked up my large bed exactly when he said he would and delivered it exactly as promised. Great communication.
