Picked up VERY fast and transport time from California to South FL was only 6 days. WOW!

Driver called and asked me to push a non-running car several blocks down the street for loading because they bid on the order knowing my address was in a residential area and they probably could NOT fit an 18-wheeler on my street. I reluctantly used my own wheel dollies so that the car could be rolled easily of which one was broken in the process.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Seller stated that the car would be picked up WITHIN 9 days. Was given an initial pickup of 1-2 days later, then another pickup another 2 days later, and now has "left town" and NO communication as to when the car will be picked up. 9 days has come AND gone with NO pickup attempts.

I gave the customer two options: high price/quick shipping or low price/longer time. The customer accepted the latter, and was continuously rude because the car did not move immediately. He provided a nonworking phone #, and after a week of calling/leaving messages, I learned that he is only accessible via email. Before time expired, he re-listed it on uShip, so I offered to terminate the contract. He replied that we didn't need to talk about that. He has been impossible to accommodate.
