Well done. We were a difficult customer and changed the dates for pickup and dropoff at least twice, but this company was very professional and flexible. The pickedup and delivered on time and in great condition. Excellent service

Accepted bid on 8/13. By 8/16 still no contact. Our charity had to contract with a local tower to store vehicle until Great American could come. 17 days later, still not picked up. GA has been nothing but disorganized, avoiding, and deflecting the blame for their own negligence that has cost our charity over $500 in storage fees. They have made no effort to remedy or be held accountable for their actions. Instead of courteous and efficient service, the only thing offered is excuses. BEWARE

The process was smooth and efficient. The Shipper was extremely flexible to our schedule; which unexpectedly changed due to my son being hospitalized. I really appreciated their understanding during a stressful time and the vehicles were promptly picked up and delivered without incident. I highly recommend this shipper and will do future business with them.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact the service provider several times. He finally answered the phone. I told him to call my shipper to get pick up instructions. My shipper told him that he needs to send proof of insurance. He will not do that. NOW, HE DOES NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE NOR DOES HE RETURN CALLS. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS GUY ANYMORE. Please cancel this deal. I had a seven day window to get this load. The trucker knew that. This trucker should be banned.

I accepted a quote that was given to me from this website but it turned out to be more than quoted. I have talked to the same person every time and when I call again he acts as though he is a different person...Tired of getting the run around. I have left several messages, also my counter parts where the car is to be picked up have left numerous messages. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend it.
