BKK is a broker, at first I was apprehensive to work w/ them bc the negative feedback. But I was surprised at how pleased I was w/ service. Bid closed thurs evening, I called BKK, told me they would contact me once they find trucker, called me back in ten min to tell me it was booked for sat morning. Car was picked up on time, driver was courteous, and dropped off on time. Smooth transaction. NOTE: 1st conversation, he told me they may not be able to ship w/in the 5 days stated on bid details

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I was told by the shipping company after accepting there bid they would pick up my vehicle within one to five working days. After contacting them on the fifth day and asking about it the person I talked to got very rude and still was unwilling to give me a pick up date. I called two days prior to this and was told he didn't have time for this and hung up on me. I feel this person needs lessons on how to deal with the public and customers. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service wasn't needed as I picked up the car myself. The shipper kept saying that they didn't have a truck in the area. After 2 weeks I was going to be charged storage fees . I contacted the shipper(BKK) and let them know which they acknowledged thru email. I was charged 487.99 on my credit card and expect a full refund as they were non-compliant with getting the job done. At the very least, if I have to pay the 10% service fee then so be it but that should only be 48.79. Thanks .Allen K

After we had made arrangements for the move, a work opportunity developed unexpectedly and he took it. So, there is no longer a need to ship the car.
