The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service needs to be cancel in order for me to arrive to my destination on time. Service member has a military school date that I must attend. Since vehicle pick up has yet to be accomplished,service member will pull the vehicle in order to arrive at destination to attend school. Please refund my funds as soon as possible. Service member school start date is 14 May 2013 and is allowed 4 days of travel time. Since vehicle hasn't been picked up, I must leave ASAP to allow adequate time to arrive at

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Lack of communication and when there was communication, it was abrupt and he was pissed off at having to talked to me.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service wasn't needed as I picked up the car myself. The shipper kept saying that they didn't have a truck in the area. After 2 weeks I was going to be charged storage fees . I contacted the shipper(BKK) and let them know which they acknowledged thru email. I was charged 487.99 on my credit card and expect a full refund as they were non-compliant with getting the job done. At the very least, if I have to pay the 10% service fee then so be it but that should only be 48.79. Thanks .Allen K

This request is for a cancellation of this shipment and a complete refund of all fees and deposits.
This is the second shipper that was top rated on the uShip site and quoted us a price to ship the car and then failed to keep their promise. In both cases, these shippers tried to get me to pay them more money for the shipment than they originally quoted and then when I refused, they failed to deliver on their service. I no longer need my item(s) shipped This was to ship my son's car from San Diego to Sacramento, as he had not been able to find work down there and was moving back home to look up here. After we had made arrangements for the move, a work opportunity developed unexpectedly and he took it. So, there is no longer a need to ship the car. I had sent an email to BKK advising them of this today.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider In the many years of buying and selling cars, I feel the shipper is totally unequipped to work with a customer and work within the parameters given by what I put on uShip. In his comments to me, he ships half-million dollar cars and my shipment is not as important and he'll pick it up when he can.
