I did communicate with customer however, he relisted the shipment and was communicating with other carriers about picking up this vehicle after he accepted my bid. I am not taking a chance of going out of the way to pick up a vehicle that he is still trying to book (or as far as I know has already booked) with other carriers, since it may be picked up by someone else when we get there.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment poor communications - unable to meet own commitments to return telephone calls... assurances of "driver will call" and "he'll be there tomorrow" unfulfilled - flexible pickup & delivery does not mean and indefinite hold on the shipment

Shipper listed timeframe as flexible, but after booking there were too many time constraints including he was going to be out of town for 2 weeks of which took up part of the timeframe I listed in my bid. He actually lives in Canada and wanted us to meet him in a parking lot in NY. We tried to plan around his schedule but were unable to make it work. I think he would be best to book this on a single car carrier with not other pick up and drop offs.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Requesting multiple deposits! trying to get credit card information! This guy is shady! I have used uship dozens of times and have never experienced this level of un-professionalism! what a waste of my time and money.

Our bid clearly stated that we required a $125 deposit to us. We only need 1 deposit in which he refused to make with a credit card or through paypal. We have sent trucks in the past to pick up vehicles that are not ready or for other reason cannot be picked up when we get there and we end up not getting paid after we have paid for fuel and a driver to get there. This is the reason we have to charge a deposit. He should not have accepted our bid if he did not agree to the terms of the bid.

We did not misrepresent ourselves. Customer did not complete our transport agreement including credit card information that was required for us to complete this shipment. Our truck could not sit around and wait for this shipper to provide the information they were suspose to provide in the first place.

We tried to schedule to have it picked up by our truck but we were then imformed that the only 2 days it could be picked up are on the the 15th or 16th which is a saturday and sunday and our trucks will not be in the area on those 2 days.
