I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Dear Sir/Madam,
The following was posted here on October 5th but does not seem to have been received by you.
"The service provider, M&K Auto Sales Inc., has not yet picked up the car after 10 days, has not properly communicated, and has not given an estimated or confirmed time that he will pick up the car. I have emailed and called the contact person, Max Brewer, at least five times but have only received voicemail responses and one email - none of which contained useful information as to

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time provider had a ten day pick up window and was unable to meet obligation. The agreement was made on the 20th of July and it is now the 2nd of August with no progress made for transport. The broker repersentitive had reported on the 22nd that "my truck" was going to pick up the car but had a mechanical issue that was to have resolution by the 24th or 25th with tarnsport on that weekend. On the 29th Max, the broker, had reported that his truck was still out and he had no idea if and or when the Response from spmullis: This problem was completely our fault, and I accept full responsibility for not picking it up within the agreed upon time frame. Our truck was stuck in Maryland with a blown head gasket, so I was trying to find another carrier to get it, and was simply unable to outsource it. I am extremely sorry for the delay, this was not the only vehicle or customer that suffered as a result of our equipment issues.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We chatted(check my questions and anwers) and he agreed to 7th only for him to claim that the time on Uship is 11th.He can go ahead and pick it up by 8th and deliver by 11th as promised Response from spmullis: The customer changed the delivery time after accepting the bid. I frequently haul from auctions/to ports, and am very familiar with time-sensitive shipments, however, there was no mention in the listing of a deadline bc of port cutoff. The customer listed this vehicle with delivery by Monday 7/11, but accepted the vehicle over July 4th weekend and told me it must be delivered by Thursday 7/7. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After we called the provided phone number after deposit was paid, provider told us it was too far ahead of the shipment date to discuss details and they would contact us. We never heard back. When we got within 3 or 4 days of the shipment pickup date (my daughter's car at NCSU) we started calling, leaving messages, emailing and faxing provider. We never reached anyone nor received any contact. Since my wife and daughter have now flown back to Houston (due to a family commitment here), I am now

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I booked this shipment after i informed the Service provider that this was a priority shipment and he thought that he could accomodate the request. I contacted the provider by both telephone and email, spoke with him and have yet to recieve a shipping date. I needed the vehicle over a week ago. This week I have tried numerous times to contact the provider by both email and telephone. Last week I was assured that he would try to pick up the vehicle last weekend. I have not heard from him sin

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Spmullis, the service provider was paid immediately thru Safepay and their representative, Max told me car would be picked up in a few days. Listing stated they would pick up within 9 days. They never confirmed date and Max told me he would get back to me with exact date. He never did confirm date and did not return many of my calls promptly. I also spoke with Steve of M & K Logistics and told him of the situation. He assured me he would also get back to me but never did. My son has had to rent Response from spmullis: I apologize for the delay in the shipping of this vehicle, however, the circumstances were simply out of our control. The tremendous spike in the price of diesel fuel has forced us to adjust our rates, and our business has suffered. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused our customers, but a complete re-tooling of our operation should prevent these problems in the future. We are a large operation, and this overhaul has caused us to slack on the punctuality of our customer service

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I would like to cancel this service because the service never got back with me with a time to pick up and deliver after I accepted the bid. I called the provider and left him a voicemail immediately I accepted the bid. He called back the next day and left a voicemail that he will call later the same day with a time to pick up. I never heard back for 2 days. The van was supposed to be checked in on this day so it can sail on the next departing vessel.
I told the service provider on March 13 that Response from spmullis: I told the customer I had 2 trucks ready to load on Thursday. He didn't accept the bid until Friday afternoon. When I called with a 3rd truck on Saturday morning, he didn't call me back until Sunday. When I finally reached him on Monday with a 4th truck, he was already driving to deliver it himself. The entire situation could have been avoided if he hadn't waited until the last minute to accept, and had responded promptly when I had trucks waiting.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment trucker could not get my vehicle to me because of several truck problems Response from spmullis: Tullie was very patient and understanding throughout this situation. Our first truck had already left the area when his vehicle was cleared to ship. The next truck I got up there was shut down by the DOT for 24hrs for electrical problems on the trailer, and took almost a week just to diagnose the problem. I tried to work out several solutions just to get his truck picked up, but luckily he was able to find another transporter to get it out quicker. Sorry for the delay, just glad he got his F150.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped had someone picked up and drove the car for me Response from spmullis: After the customer accepted our bid, our truck showed up to get the car, and it wasn't there. I really did not appreciate dispatching a truck to a vehicle that the customer had forgotten that he had already shipped.
