Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Several things Changed after booking from pickup location to Total Items for shipping. I went to the new location about 50 miles away from the orignal pickup location and did not feel confortable taking the furniture after I pointed out the discrepancy as the customer became agitated. Response from Renj R.: I gave 2 options for pick up location. He chose to pick up at my house. He complained there were 6 items instead of 5. A tiny fold up ottoman was mentioned & pictured but not listed as an item. I told the shipper I would pull the ottoman and mail it. He still refused saying it was 'the chair'. All chairs were listed with dimensions + pics. He still refused. I was shocked. I definitely was not happy (agitated). He was searching for excuses not to do the shipment. Complaint filed.
