The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The communication was lacking on the shippers part. When we booked this job we advised that we required flexibility with the pick up date, shipper stated on uship we have up to December to pick up. This is not fair and unprofessional we have communicated well and when the shipper stated it needs to be picked up the following day we told him it wasn't possible logistically. We are still en line to pick this shipment up by weeks end. Shipper already provided us a gate pass.

What the provider stated is patently untrue. I specifically asked them via uship messaging after receiving their bid when pick up would be and they said "I can get it Saturday and have it to you same day or next day." I only found out it wasn't picked up after I requested the status on Sunday. Told me they could pick up that day(Sun). Monday I asked status was and was told they can't get it until end of week. Looking at their cancellation history, this seems to be very common with this company.

After explaining to Carey the bumper on the Bus sits lower than expected and will not load on a Step Deck trailer with 16ft ramps. This is an unforeseen thing that happens from time to time. I offered to Carey that I would be happy to offer a Driveaway service, and have his Bus driven to the destination (For the same bid price) and he declined. Myself and the driver communicated with Carey from the time the truck was booked until the time we had a problem loading his bus.

Service provider didn't get back to me for over a week, including when I asked what the status was. Then they leave me like 10 emails and voicemails on the Friday(4/14) before Easter, after I have left town and don't have phone or email. On uship they said they would pick it up within 5 days of booking(4/5) and they didn't let me know they could get it until 4/14. I'm disappointed and expected more from someone with those reviews.

The driver was scheduled accordingly,but due to late deliveries,he was running behind his schedule dates.We also didn't get the complete info from our respected customer about the pick-up location (MANHEIM AUTO AUCTION)as they will needing a gate pass to release the vehicle to the driver.And when before Ester (on 04/14),when we tried to reach the customer via emails/calls,we couldn't get a hold of him,neither did he replied us back with the pick-up info.Our driver waited till Saturday(04/15),

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider didn't show at pickup time on a time sensitive transport and didn't even let me know. I only found out because I messaged him the next day when it wasn't delivered. Poor communication and failure in service - can't recommend.
