INCORRECT! This person wanted me to open an account with his company and submit my CC info with an OPEN-ENDED charge. He did not mention any of this in his bid. At the time of this comment he has 36 cancellations for similar reasons out of 152 shipments.

Shipment was booked with a liftgate at pickup. They contacted me on day of pickup and said they couldn't get a truck with a liftgate. Luckily pickup location had a dock close and was able to accommodate. 2 weeks after delivery my card was charged an additional $200. After contacting them I was informed it was for: liftgate at delivery, scheduled appointment, redelivery. This is not true. My location is open 7AM-7PM with 2 forklifts. Spent a month trying to work it out and now no communication.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper wanted me to open an account with his company, fax my CC info and sign an open-ended credit card authorization form. He did not make any mention or include anything in his bid that would make it apparent that he was a broker and this info would be required to accommodate my shipment. He offered no alternative
