What can I say, they arrived on time, the car moved from VA to TX very quickly. The driver and their support people were very nice. I would definitely use them again.

Contacted the shipper many times so far. Half the time the shipper doesn't pickup and respond to voicemails either. Finally after picking up, first it was the going to be during the week before 3/22 for pickup. Then it was Monday 3/22, then Thursday 3/28th and then Friday 3/29th. Then I had not heard back from him so I called 4 times more & got his answering service. He did not return phone calls. I finally emailed him. He responded that his driver cancelled on him. The received Cancellation Request. I am upset by the lack of communication & the repeated effort. The people I purchased the car from are also waiting. I would not recommend AutosOnTheGO.I am concerned over bid prices now.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I spoke to Mirel ( autos on the go), and they could not get my car all the way to STaten Island. The drivers, said it costs too much money, and would only be willing to bring it to bayonne NJ. Which is a problem, since the car does not have temporary tags, so NOBODY can drive the car, over the bridge, or anywhere. So I need someone to go to philly, get temps and drive it to NYC. So the shipper can not do the job.
