So we treat you and your vehicle with respect. Tell us what you need, and we'll do everything we can to match your needs to the right service.How does the whole process work? Once we recieve your deposit of the transport of your Vehicle/Motorcycle will be scheduled. Every vehicle will have a detailed inspection at pick up and drop off.We have been using the same drivers for 10 years and they are fully insured and part of the BBB. The driver that picks up your car/Cycle is the same driver that drops it off. We will treat your vehicle/Motorcycle as if they were our own.There are no hidden fees, what we bid is what you pay.Thanks and hope to do business with you.

Very very poor communication. Very un- professional service. I will not recommend nor use them again.

BE CAREFULL ABOUT THIS SHIPPER HE SITTING SOMEWHERE ELSE OUT OF COUNTRY.WHEN WE SEND THE DRIVER CAR NOT READY FOR PICKUP SHIPPER OWES AUCTION $180.00 AND NOBODY KNOWS WHO'S TAKE CARE THE AUCTION FEES. FINALLY MY DRIVER PAID BALANCE AT AUCTION.DRIVER GOT THE HARD TIME PICKUP & DELIVERY & ALSO AT DELIVERY DRIVER WAIT COUPLE HOURS.SHIPPER PROVIDE US ALL WRONG TELEPHONE NUMBERS. WHEN WE CALL NOBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS VEHICLE THIS SHIPPER CALLING FROM DIFFERENT MAJIC JACK NUMBERS SO BE CAREFULL.

However, allstate786 seems to be just an agent that selects the actual shipping company based on availability at the time, so they are likely to choose a different shipper for your vehicle and therefore this review shouldn't have much bearing on future experiences.

The shipper gave no reason for cancellation, other then not being able to accommodate my shipment. Obviously, they were not able to procure a driver in time, or at their bid amount, resulting in my incurring additional costs to relist my shipment and lease a vehicle I can not use.

Your other feedback tells the kind of shipper you are. Rude and totally disorganized.Extremely poor communication on top of all of that. How won't your driver be waiting. Who caused the late fees? But I must commend your driver. Nice Guy.
