This shipper kind of got the run around as I listed this for someone serving overseas so he had multiple contacts and took that issue in stride. The customer is pleased and will definitely refer the shipper to any of his buddies that purchase and need things shipped.

Kept us well informed by email as to the status of pick up and delivery. Slight misunderstanding about drop off days but I didn't care and shipper just picked a different day to bring it to us. Would use again.
