We are back after over 1 year off. I ran into a bunch of cancellations in a row here on Uship, and I quit for a while. I know that many items are damaged by shipping where there was simply a lack of care. We truly care, and will go the extra mile to what ever it takes. Rest assured that Qualitytransport is not just a slogan, but a relentless pursuit of perfection backed by 25 years of experience. I offer services transporting many items, If I bid on it I can professionally transport it. I always try to book loads in both directions, as I can not offer good rates if I have to travel long distances unloaded. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider is not responsive to my calls or emails regarding pickup and delivery. This situation has gone on for six months. I advised him I intended to cancel the contract.

I drove a total of 500 miles in 4 attempts to pick up this item. The shipper stood me up all four times. I also wasted at least 30 phone calls trying to arrange to pick this item up for transport. There was an extreme problem with the shippers communication, and meeting me to let me pick up the item. At this point I gave up on the shipment. I really tried to work this out, and make it happen. With this shipper it was impossible, so I gave up. Thanks and read my positive feedback.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider is too busy to transport my boat. He's on a big job up in the mountains, and he says he can't receive emails or phone calls. It's been quite a while and I need my boat shipped. What happens with my deposit??

This shipper did not have his shipment ready on the specified date, I waited another 10 days beyond the specified date, and still not ready. I had to finish a long contract transporting cell tower equipment into the rocky mountains before snow. I had to cancel. Thanks.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I was contacted via email that they were unable to fulfill their obligation and meet my deadline. I received this email after the deadline for delivery had already passed.
Response from Qualitytransport:
This shipper had to have special additional documentation because of his internal company policy's. I was asked for this just prior to my departure. This caused a delay that I could not accommodate without making at least 20 other shipments late. I had to cancel at this point.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried for 2 days to contact this provider. He finally responded to me last nigth with a bunch of lies. Please refund my deposit and reactivate my Shipment.

This lady accepted my bid late Monday, and I contacted her Tuesday. Her husband called me Wednesday freaking out. He wanted to be in charge of setting up the delivery on the boat. The wife had other ideas, and posted it on Uship. I am caught in the middle on this one. This was a very strange arrangement, I am just happy that it is over. I do not deserve this feedback. Read my positive feedbacks, thanks.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This man was given the option to bring it back to the dealer as the trailer is under warantee.2) he was instructed by professional people and the marina that he could move the boat due to the size of the load by dismatleing the brakes.. Last week i had another shipper set up to take the boat he chose not to respond to our calls. I bid on this listed as flexible on delivery. Shipper called, wanted it picked up fast, I picked it up fast to help him out. Then he began to call me 5 - 10 times a day pushing for fast delivery. This created a problem, I bid on the basis that he was flexible. Then the brakes malfunctioned, I discovered a crack in the frame. He wanted me to disconnect the brakes and deliver it 1700 miles without brakes. I had to decline because this boat is heavy and needed brakes for SAFE transportation.

I contacted the shipper about this problem. I was told that it would be paid. I checked back prior to my departure and the item was still being held for charges.

After at least 50 phone calls, and at least 5, 70 mile drives to the location to attempt to pick up the item. No one was ever there, and I have at least 20 hours tied up in this with no pay. This is a very bad deal for me.

He has hammered me with calls demanding fast delivery, when listed as flexible. After picking up I found the trailer was not road worthy, brakes sticking, and sometimes not working at all. He Demanded I transport without brakes. This is the perfect nightmare.

He is insulting, lies like crazy, and calls, and calls, and calls, even while you are trying to sleep. Expect up to 15 calls a day. He has no integrity and is YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE. He will also try to pay you less than he bids, and he will leave you terrible feedback it you do not take the offer.
