But, communication was lacking regarding the delivery of the shipment. A shipment that I was told would take 20-22hrs took over 48 hours and seriously inconvenienced those at the delivery end. Zach had a very plausible explanation, but according to those receiving, he didn’t communicate in a timely manner. I would recommend a more finalized schedule in the future. Our trailer has over 1300 Sq.Ft. of storage. This chair was secured and tied down in the center of the trailer all by itself. There were no rips or tears in any area of the chair that was exposed. If this chair had a rip in it, it was either there prior too, or after delivery. The chair was folded up into a shipping form prior to pick up and was never opened by us. It is physically imposibble for the damage done to this chair to be done by our ship
