No Detailed Feedback Available He accidentally broke a piece on my motorcycle saying that there was a screw missing. My father in law says there was no screw missing. I don't know because I did not see it before shipped. Only paid for a third of the part. Gave neutral because still is a nice guy to work with. Just work out what will happen if something breaks ahead of time.

No Detailed Feedback Available These guys were pleasant to work with and appropriately apologetic about the few difficulties. But, communication was lacking regarding the delivery of the shipment. A shipment that I was told would take 20-22hrs took over 48 hours and seriously inconvenienced those at the delivery end. Zach had a very plausible explanation, but according to those receiving, he didn’t communicate in a timely manner. I would recommend a more finalized schedule in the future. This Chair was the only package in our trailer. Our trailer has over 1300 Sq.Ft. of storage. This chair was secured and tied down in the center of the trailer all by itself. There were no rips or tears in any area of the chair that was exposed. If this chair had a rip in it, it was either there prior too, or after delivery. The chair was folded up into a shipping form prior to pick up and was never opened by us. It is physically imposibble for the damage done to this chair to be done by our ship

Shipment was delivered in same shape as was recieved. Claimed we tore leather and bent leg on chair when it was impossible to have happened during shipment do to it being the only item in a 8'x28' trailer. Very nice all around lady, but needs to straighten out the facts.
