They made me drive to Colorado to pickup the items, then called me items were not available anymore after I notified I was going to be on location 14 hours ahead. They do not want to pay the invoice and now I am taking them to court.
This is an online auction site MRCA Auctions, beware of their actions, if you really want to do business get paid ahead, so they cannot screwyou.
I am going to the courthouse next week......

First of all we never MADE him do anything. He accepted a job and failed to follow through in an appropraite manner. and 2nd, WE never contacted him and said the items were not available (he did the contacting to us). He was told to set a pick up and when he just showed up without prior contact the people informed him that the situation had changed. As a shipper I would have enough common sense to not just show up somewhere when it was a 14 hour drive unless it had already been arranged. As this

MRC Auctions accepted our bid but the pick up location was in bankruptcy proceedings and we could not pick up any items. The owner Jay verbally agreed to reimburse us for our fuel cost and time , but is now retracting the agreement. MRC is unorganized, unprofessional and we would advise any carrier not to do business with them. Tara Fox(MRC) in a very mean way is now trying to put the blame on us, claiming we did not contact the pick up address, even though we tried many times to contact.

Had the shipper done as we asked which was to ARRANGE apick up with the customer there would have been no problem. Also they had us bid on only 1 job when wqe had 2 open so they wouldn't have to pay costs to USHIP and the kitchen appliances WERE NOT cancelled nor are they at a different location and still needs to be picked up. This shipper is apparently unable to answer voice mail as I left several on Friday asking himn to contact ME as I knew the situation and the owner was not aware of all of
