Had Dixie chopper mower strapped to pallet and drained of gas - ready for FEDEX ground. Driver refused to pick up saying ALL fluids had to be drained - engine oil and hydraulic fluid as well. We cancelled shipment with FEDEX and next day got U-Ship proposal. Had the mower the following day. What a reat service!
