We are a small business based on north eastern Pennsylvania. We have multiple drivers. We travel to 48 states. We quote based on what you tell us about the shipment.we so NOT allow anything to be added on once bid is made unless agreed upon before to pickup. If you are trying to add on at pickup we will not allow it to be added on. If you are choosing to cancel over this , please be honest about it rather than lie in your review. Its not fair to any driver to expect them to add stuff for free and then lie when they refuse to. That being said, we have teams so we do all the lifting and load and unload. We wrap, box and crate items of necessary.we stay in contact and notify you of any changes or issues. We do not receive any funds up front and will NEVER ask. We do not allow for items added on after quote is accepted. Company policy.
