We are a small business based on north eastern Pennsylvania. We have multiple drivers. We travel to 48 states. We quote based on what you tell us about the shipment.we so NOT allow anything to be added on once bid is made unless agreed upon before to pickup. items will NOT be unloaded until proof payment was released at delivery. Unfortunately due to senders on here who select those with higher cancellation rates to try to get a free delivery, we will NOT unload at delivery until payment is released. Our last 2 deliveries were made safely and quickly and the sender went and cancelled after receiving their items and blamed us. We take pictures at pick up and delivery and keep a record of all communication for this apparent common occurrence to newer or shippers with a cancellation record. We will not tolerate it. We are upfront with our bid based on what you have listed and the information you provide Uship. If you need to add an item contact us prior to the driver showing up. TY
