When you book with me, you will deal directly with me from the moment you accept to the moment I drop off your shipment. I am an individual running deliveries while my other business is in the off-season. Check the reviews of some of the larger delivery companies and you will find some are brokers, who when they win a bid, begin trying to find a driver to carry your shipment. You don't know who will be handling your shipment, when they will show up, or how responsible they are. I will give you personal attention, easy communication, and no hassles, run-around, or frustration. I am a shipping customer as well, so I understand how to make shipping a smooth experience.
