We are a family business, when you book with us, you will deal with only us. Your items will be picked up and delivered by the same person. You will be given the contact information for both of us immediately, and will be given a soft ETA, with a firm ETA within days of booking. We will treat your belongings with the same respect as we would our own. We believe that there is only one rule when providing a customer with service, and that is to treat the customer right, or somebody else will. We pride ourselves on our customer service skills, and will do whatever is doable on our part to make your shipping experience painless and pleasant.
