It is not possible to get a refund on a deposit. Only a deposit will guarantee the price quoted and the pet's spot. Each journey has a limited number of seats available. The validity of a quote is 21 days. The administrative costs/fees for each adjustment are $50.00. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the departure date. There will be no reminder sent to you. After that, there will be a 5% extra to pay the costs. There will be no refund if you, the owner, cancels a trip within 14 days before the departure date. If you, the owner, cancels a trip 14–28 days before departure, I will resale your contract. If re-sold we will refund payment less the deposit & admin charges. Proof of Veterinary invoices will be asked for. If you, the owner, transfer to another travel date 28 days prior to the original departure date an administration fee will be applicable & the original quoted price could well differ. There is a 3% transaction charge made for payments via Pay Pal.
