My name is John Kautzman president of Creekside Cargo Inc. We are a ground transportation company out of Cleveland,Ohio. We have cargo vans, cube vans, small and large box trucks. I started my company Jan. 2002 with the sole purpose of providing the most reliable and trusted delivery company in the United States. Ofcourse I realize I may never achive that goal,it doesn't stop me from striving towards it! My phones are staffed 24 hours and my office is staffed 7 days a week in order to provide the best customer service anyone could ever ask for. I have hand picked every member of my company with the customer's best interest in mind. My fleet of trucks are under 8 years old as well as 90 % of my vans. They are all equipped with blankets, straps, dollys, and whatever is needed to assure the cargo in board is transported safely. This is my simple but successful business plan I created over 7 years ago and everyday I look for ways to improve on it!
