The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been unable to get a call or email back from this carrier and will never use him again.
No response and my customer is angry that she still doesn't have her goods.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Johnathan was great but my warehouse messed up and he can no longer support this delivery. I will need to re-list for a new shipper.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Agreed to pickup shipment and then was unresponsive to emails and calls when I asked for a pickup change. Cannot accommodate the pickup in a reasonable amount of time.

Our customer was a little put-off by "after-hours" calls, but I'm sure he was just trying to make sure there was a clear delivery plan. The customer complained to me that she felt like had called her too many times.
