Delivery was courteous, but customer was irritated that there was no communication prior to the delivery day. The customer should be called ahead of time, since she had to work around the driver's schedule. Response from Jaajaa10: Thanks for the input. To avoid this type of situations in the future I just hired 2 new dispatchers to boot the communication. We continue provide excellent delivery experience a reasonable price. Regards

Recipient said that the carrier called the day before but didn't leave any messages, so she didn't know to call back, and then the next day called and said he had to deliver that same day. Thankfully she was able to make it work, but she wished the communication had been better. There was only one person for two large and heavy items, so her husband had to help. Not the greatest experience for our customer, unfortunately.
