I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period John was impossible to reach and continued with delays over and over. Response from Jaajaa10: Last weeks with lots of problems, transmission breakdown in one of my new Vans put us behind the schedule in all the deliveries. Finally we are back on the road. Regards John

We have used Byron many times and unfortunately, this delivery was horribly completed. Our customer reached out to us that she gave instructions to leave it on the front porch, but the delivery was left in the back yard, in the pouring rain. They had a dog gate that was knocked down because he was trying to deliver a sofa on his own (clearly 2 people were needed) and the dog got out and was on the loose in the neighborhood. Completely shocked and disappointed by this negligence. Response from lsmovers: Considering that LogNormal has been used many times before then hopefully there's room to see that this is not the norm. In this particular case, yes, our driver is at fault for misunderstanding the receiver's instructions to leave the shipment on the front porch. We are currently reviewing this in real time to understand how this shipment went so far left. Though this is unpleasant for all parties involved please consider the total body of work in relation to one incident.
