The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer called to inform me that they was unaware that the item had already been shipped via another entity and could not see it was delivered. I have been in back and forth communication with pick up and drop off. And there was a great deal of confusion until I spoke with the shipping customer which was the company that offered the extended warranty on the item. Pick up location business failed to advise to any party in this agreement. Shipper took a loss on this agreement.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Driver tried to charge the customer cash at the pick up location, knowing payment is released via Uship once the item is confirmed at the drop off location. When customer questioned payment driver said he did not want to transport this item and hung up.
