Customer changed his mind. Didn't even get reimbursement for fuel or tolls Response from Celeste H.: We spoke with Michelle and confirmed she contacted the customer and the shop to schedule a date/time prior to heading that direction, as we always tell the driver to do, so there should be no charge for fuel/tolls. The customer decided not to have the unit picked up at the time Michelle called to schedule, but she still demanded payment even though no work was done and the transportation was not complete.
