The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Multiple attempts were made to contact the customer to pick up this shipment. Both voice and text messages as well as emails went unreturned. I contacted CXN several times and they also were leaving messages and trying to contact the customer. I contacted them when I was at the pickup address also. I drove to the pickup address and also attempted to make contact but nobody would answer the door. I stopped by a local establishment and the post office to insure I was at the correct address.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Was unable to get ahold of contact person @ pickup location before I left the area
