The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipment was listed as open transport with the dimensions of L 6' W 5' H 3'. The dimensions were actually L 5' W 6' H 3'. The bed of my truck was not wide enough to transport the mower for the customer.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I called the person who i would have been picking this up from. They said that the item no longer needs to be picked up. I believe this is a three party shipment. What i mean is i was hired by a company that was contacted. I don't think anyone is to blame. I did contact everyone involved in a timely manner.
