A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I scheduled shipment date for the 4/24/18 instead of today (4/2/18) by total accident. I hope there is no fee as I am going to rebook properly right now.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I did not realize a 3rd party broker would have to be used. After checking prices with the 3rd party broker for customs clearance, I realized that a carrier with in-house customs could save us significantly as well as streamline shipment process.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We requested pick-up via uShip site on Friday at around 2 pm. No pick-up occurred, again on Monday no pick-up happened. We are shipping with someone else at this point.
