I no longer need my item(s) shipped This was scheduled a LONG time ago. The vehicle that was shipping had a recall that took months to get addressed. This service was never cancelled, but is no longer needed. Please cancel.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After shipper showed up to pick vehicle up with wrong trailer, my customer was quite upset. After shipper attempted to get new rental trailer, customer had already made up his mind due to shipper reaching out saying delivery would be delayed that he did not want his vehicle shipped with shipper. Our customer is sourcing or requesting us to get a new shipper at this point. We are not happy with how this was handled in anyway. Very unprofessional and made us look bad in front of our customer.
