Horrible horrible customer service. Made us look bad in front of our customer. Rescheduled the delivery 4 different times, and kept giving the customer excuses as to why item couldn’t be delivered. We ship all the time as we run a million plus dollar a year UTV accessory business and never have we seen the constant failure of Central Transport. Ended up eating the shipping cost to keep customer happy. That’s what you do when you care about your customer(s).

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipment mistakenly got booked going to a commercial address which Central Transport had a good rate for. The customer called and needs it shipped to a residential which Central Transport does not handle at a friendly manner or price. We are booking with another carrier to handle shipment now. Thank you!
