A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After a previous cancellation from another customer, we tried two days to win shipments on this woman's route to make this shipment possible but failed. This shipment was part of a route that was changed therefore, had we proceeded with it, we would have altogether driven nearly 2,000 miles out of our way for $87.01. We have neither the gas or time to do so. I apologized for the inconvenience and wish I could please all customers but this isn't a matter of choice but an impossibility.

Items were damaged in transport and mishandled , receiver of items witnessed the lack of tlc . She denied it and blamed me , very unprofessional .She finally offered to reimburse me $70 but I lost over 400$ in this shipment , never again. One of two horrible experiences on uship.
