I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. I texted updates this afternoon and didn't receive any response back so I decided not to drive 80 miles out of my way not knowing another person was waiting. I didn't have the helpers number to guarantee I wouldn't be wasting my time.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This Shipper did not provide the pick up or delivery phone numbers to effectively communicate with both points. She demanded that email only be used. We had to cancel due to that absurdity.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hello, I'm in California and my Van broke down going up the mountain when I was on my way to Florida, I didn't want to tell you until it was fixed but I think it was something serious in the engine, we're going to have to cancel it because it could delay you, sorry for that.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I spoke with the seller, she advised me, she has not been paid for the item. She was very pleasant on the phone, I will work with her in the future.
