A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I tried to go pick it up on my way back from florida, but had truck issues. I planned on getting it on the 22nd.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer hired a shipper to pick up and deliver this chair and that shipper was unable to fulfill that obligation. Customer requested a new shipper (myself) to pick up the item and finish delivering unfortunately the original shipper wants storage fees totaling $2000 before she will allow myself to pick up the item. Sonia was very pleasant to work with, I'm just sorry I could not help her out.

Tyler communicated well through the process although there were quirks at delivery , but communication is everything to all aspects of life as we know. And , If there were star option for good looks we'd give him 5 stars.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I wish more carriers were like Duane. Unfortunately due to unethical practices by person holding item at pick up this shipment was unable to take place. I highly recommend Duane Will .

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Bad communication. Bad Planning. Unexpected cancellation after he said he was going to pick up. Would not recommend.
