The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Dealer where vehicles were being purchased added more to price after negotiating so I am not buying from them.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Was supposed to pick up around noon on the 23rd and deliver to me by noon on 24th. Late afternoon of the 23rd, shipper called stating they were having problems loading a different shipment so asked if they could pick up between 8:30-9am. I asked if the issue was going to change my delivery date and I was told no, I would still have it today, the 24th. At about 7:40 am today (24th), the shipper called stating they were still having problems with the other load and would not be able to deliver

Shane helped me out in a bind with another shipper. With less than a day notice, he picked up my shipment from MS and had it delivered to me in the Dallas area of Texas. Highly recommend doing business with him. He kept me updated of his progress at the exact times he said he would.

My bike was scheduled to be delivered on Sept 17th. Shipper called me on Saturday Sept 8th stating the bike was picked up. Next call was on the 18th saying his truck broke down on the 8th. Why wait 10 days to tell me? I finally got the bike on the 25th. I understand break downs happen, but better communication would have helped. In the end, he took some of the cost off, but bike was delivered in open truck when deal was made for enclosed transport.

This customer was called a few times and never answered his phone. When he did call me back I answered his call. I get to his house and he had 4 other bikes to ride. He was happy when I left. Yes I was late due to bake down and did all I could do to make up for that. He gave the ok for me to bring the bike in the back of my other truck and gave him half off agreed price. I made a special run from Ohio to Texas to get him his bike. My cost was three times more just to make him happy. Dan

The Evildanes group did an excellent job transporting my collectible Ducati. They were very flexible in working through my issues with the seller-even delaying their trip by a day to get my bike.
The bike arrived as promised and within the small time table I gave them.
I look forward to using them again for any other bike shipping needs.

Mike is an excellent person to deal with. He went beyond expectations in my unusual situation in that I was in Iraq, so he delt with me, the seller of the bike and a third party where bike was being delivered. Mike picked up the bike one day in Miami and had it to my door in TX the following day-way ahead of his promised schedule date, ensuring me more riding time while I was home for vacation. I hope to be able to use him again...bike arrived in immaculate condition and very quickly. Thanks

Berry is absolutely amazing! Words can not describe my appreciation. Berry picked my bike up at night and checked it over the following morning. He noticed seller undisclosed damage and sent pics, allowing me to make arrangements for me to recoup my money spent. Berry then altered his delivery schedule and route in order to accomodate my delivery the following day at a new destination in Kansas. Bike arrived as promised. I owe him a great deal and hope to return the gratitude one day.

This shipment was completed in an amazing time period! My motorcycle was picked up two days after I booked and was delivered the following day! From MS to TX panhandle. I will definately ask BigTex first on my next bike move. Communication was kept with me via email while I was traveling from Iraq to TX and constant phone communication with my brother, who handled the moved. Thanks guys! Bike arrived as picked up.
