Shipper missed pickup deadline by two days and delivery by another two causing me not to be available for delivery so person there did not notice damage. Sent shipper pictures of damage totaling $698 and he said he would work something out. No response in a week and now deadline to file claim has passed. Shipper also hard to get a hold of prior and during shipping and he clicked ,”pick up, en route and delivered” all at the same time.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Bike was supposed to be picked up but service provider emailed shortly after I accepted the bid and he stated a family emergency arose and he could no longer get my motorcycle.
