The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provided was unable to pickup shipment during agreed upon time at booking. Providers route changed due to another customers unexpected cancellation and is now unable to pickup my shipment during our agreed upon times.

This was a smooth transction from start to finish. He stayed in constant communication and responded to texts/emails quickly. He arrived early and ahead of schedule. My shipment needed to be covered and he purchased brand new/unopend tarps to cover my shipment. He assisted my customer with unloadthe shipment and ensuring they were completly satisified.
