It was a great pick up but this is the first load where the people claim I didn't deliver their load. The person I was supposed to drop off to didn't even look in the right business of the strip mall, they looked in all the other businesses. IT IS NOT OKAY TO DEVALUE OTHER PEOPLE'S BUSINESS Because your CUSTOMER Doesn't know to look in her own business. The business you Gave me the ADDRESS for.

Shipper arrived to pick up piece but did not have anyone else to help him load. I was not home and my wife had to help him load. At delivery he was not able to move the table and but used a dolly. The piece was damaged and the customer was upset. I would not recommend that you use this shipper unless its a smaller piece that one person can handle easily.
