I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This truck was in route to 5715 Autumn Knoll Pl NW Concord NC 28027 it Departed from KY, While along the route driving through the night the driver encountered some remnants of the Storm Ian. in North Carolina. The adverse weather and road conditions made it not safe preventing us to continue on. So we decided play it safe and redirect the Driver to detour his route to a safer direction. Communicated by text to the customer to inform him of the change in plan apologized for any inconveniences

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We were notified that his customer canceled 12 hours before we were due to pick up already on the road. We understand that things do happen but this is literally our third cancellation in two days I believe now with no repercussions when this happens to the drivers out on the road already spending their gas money. This app should look at keeping a deposit upon cancellation for drivers maybe 10% of the bid amount or something
