A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Something we could not control happened on the original pick up date at the pick up location which caused a conflict in scheduling I could not resolve but I absolutely tried my best to. I can not get another shipment in the time frame needed

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer listed the dimension wrong and didn't want to pay more for the added 10ft of deck space

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was misinformed on another shipment being exported to Mexico and was not able to offload until the next day causing me to not be able to accommodate the customers pickup date. I offered to ship on the next available date and heard nothing back for over 12 hours and when he finally responded wanting me to deliver I had already scheduled a different load for the day he requested. I still offered to do it before and after the date he requested but never heard anything back.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My Wife just tested positive for Covid 19 so will need to quarantine her and take care of the kids. Just recieve her result and so will no longer travel out of state until she gets better
