A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Something we could not control happened on the original pick up date at the pick up location which caused a conflict in scheduling I could not resolve but I absolutely tried my best to. I can not get another shipment in the time frame needed

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was misinformed on another shipment being exported to Mexico and was not able to offload until the next day causing me to not be able to accommodate the customers pickup date. I offered to ship on the next available date and heard nothing back for over 12 hours and when he finally responded wanting me to deliver I had already scheduled a different load for the day he requested. I still offered to do it before and after the date he requested but never heard anything back.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My Wife just tested positive for Covid 19 so will need to quarantine her and take care of the kids. Just recieve her result and so will no longer travel out of state until she gets better

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This guys a waste of time. He is a broker pretending to be an owner operator. Waited for 3 weeks did not pick up my shipment. Do not waste your time. He dose not have vehicles or proper equipment to move anything.
