The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The seller of oven left on side of curb as if it was trash we arrived there was no oven on curb. We have dash cam footage and pictures.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Spoke with different partys of the shipment and it seems everyone fine beside one. The delay was because of a previous shipment from uShip. Dealing with that customer has been a nightmare. But I’m also accommodating him just like I’m doing EVERY ONE of my customers. Impatience needs to be clearly said by disputers. Because that’s their only issue which isn’t to me. What I’m not gonna do is spend more money than I should. The customer missed his pick up time frame because he didn’t have help.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Waited 2 weeks for this guy to pick up. He fed all types of lies and excuses, then finally stoped answering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This guys a joke. He gave me the runaround for over a week and tried to show up with a uhaul truck to pick up my shipment and never did after all the lies and excuses. Don’t waste your time
