The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer left out major details and lied about where pickup was. Had incorrect weight and wanted me to load his item with equipment not suited for what he stated. Seller advised him to get forklift and he refused and wanted to do things his way. He is a crook.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Something we could not control happened on the original pick up date at the pick up location which caused a conflict in scheduling I could not resolve but I absolutely tried my best to. I can not get another shipment in the time frame needed

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was misinformed on another shipment being exported to Mexico and was not able to offload until the next day causing me to not be able to accommodate the customers pickup date. I offered to ship on the next available date and heard nothing back for over 12 hours and when he finally responded wanting me to deliver I had already scheduled a different load for the day he requested. I still offered to do it before and after the date he requested but never heard anything back.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This guys a joke. He gave me the runaround for over a week and tried to show up with a uhaul truck to pick up my shipment and never did after all the lies and excuses. Don’t waste your time
