The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it customer is not accurate on size or weight and length. And wants me to pay for a forklift to have this loaded as it clearly wont even fit as i keep communicating and explaining and no answer to how we can resolve situation

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The seller of oven left on side of curb as if it was trash we arrived there was no oven on curb. We have dash cam footage and pictures.

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Spoke with different partys of the shipment and it seems everyone fine beside one. The delay was because of a previous shipment from uShip. Dealing with that customer has been a nightmare. But I’m also accommodating him just like I’m doing EVERY ONE of my customers. Impatience needs to be clearly said by disputers. Because that’s their only issue which isn’t to me. What I’m not gonna do is spend more money than I should. The customer missed his pick up time frame because he didn’t have help.
