The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The reason the provider gave for cancellation is not exactly accurate. I asked him twice when he would pick up my shipment and received no answer. The second time I said I need to know because I had a death in my family and the funeral is Wednesday, February 9th but he could pick up on Monday or Tuesday. Once again I didn’t hear from him and when I reached out, he said I should have been notified by UShip of the cancellation. I won’t deal with this provider again.

Michael was great with the delivery of a dresser. He communicated with me and took great care of my furniture.

Very nice people! I would trust them to deliver a pet or manageable items. They communicated with me and took care in wrapping the dresser etc. However, they delivered a dresser for me and they are not equipped to move furniture. They had the right supplies; a hand truck, blankets etc. but they are not really physically able to move and carry furniture. Response from Petcaredrive2: Thanks for response greatly appreciate it.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The shipper scheduled the pick up for late Thursday, November 11th and he never showed up. Omar text me the next morning at 7:45am to tell me that he fell asleep. He needed to have his van serviced but would pick the dresser up that day, Friday, November 12th. At 3:30pm he still needed to have his van serviced and it sounded like it would be late again. I told him that I had people coming at 8 and it needed to be before that. It seemed unlikely that that would happen so I cancelled with him.

This is the best shipper I have used yet! Communication is the most important thing to me. People get delayed, they underestimate time. Thise things are part of life but if you let me know, I’m good. Megan kept me and my customer up to date. Ehen they picked up the piece, they were so nice and did everything very professionally. I can’t say enough good about them but i will definitely seek them out in the future! Thank you
